Our volunteer workers are first to shop during the exclusive presale event on Thursday and receive first choice of all our quality items! PLUS - The registration fee (up to $10) will be waived for our volunteers! You only have to commit to a two hour shift and consign 30 approved items! We have several 2 hour shifts available. If you are unable to stand for long periods of time, let us know and we'll assign you to a "sitting" volunteer job.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare, so please do not bring your children with you. You will be working and will not be able to supervise your children properly.

We are absolutely depending on our volunteers! If you sign up to work a shift and cannot make it, PLEASE find a replacement for yourself. If you cannot find a replacement, please take the time to let us know so we can try to fill your shift for you.

Only one shopper may attend the presale per shift worked. If you know someone who wants to shop the presale along with you, encourage them to sign up to work a volunteer shift too!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

For each two (2) hours that Consignor commits to volunteer/assist at the Sale, Consignor will receive a ticket for access to a private, invitation-only Volunteer Pre-Sale. Upon completion of Consignor’s two (2) hour commitment, the Consignor’s Registration Fee (up to $10) will be waived. If Consignor or Consignor’s Representative does not assist at the Sale as promised, a Fee of $10 for each Pre-Sale Ticket submitted for entry will be deducted from the Consignor’s Commission payment by Fleming Island Kid Sale. (Please understand that this clause is necessary to prevent shoppers from attending the volunteer presale and not working their volunteer shift as promised). The Consignor agrees to assist at the Sale for two (2) hours on a day and time to be mutually determined by the Consignor and Fleming Island Kid Sale.
